Coloma Capital specializes in acquiring or making significant investments in small technology-based companies and developing them into substantially larger businesses. Our focus primarily is on companies with revenues of $10-40 million and EBITDA of $1-5 million.

Markets we know best include manufacturing processes and technology; defense, security, and aerospace; renewable energy and environment; transportation; infrastructure; supply chain; and education technology.

We are highly experienced in working with business owners to help them achieve personal liquidity and/or to significantly grow their business. We also often work with management teams wishing to buy their company from its existing owners and take it to the next level.
